Waitlist open

A sleep mask
for YOUR
face.

Scan your face with your phone. I print the mask to match.

First batch is small. Founders get the first slots.

Why this exists

I take sleep seriously enough to make my own mask.

Off-the-shelf masks come in one size, three sizes, or "adjustable". None of them are built around your face. The foam ones crush flat after a week. The fabric ones leak light at the nose. The premium ones still hit my orbital ridge in the same wrong spot.

Sleep Psycho is what I made when I got tired of that. A scan of my face becomes the model. The model becomes the mask. Soft TPU, eye sockets in the right place. It worked on me. Now I'm building it for other people whose faces don't fit the chart.

Still working out the production side. The waitlist gates how fast the first batch goes out. If that's a no for you, no hard feelings.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. 01

    Join the waitlist

When your slot opens, I send scan instructions.

  2. 02

    Scan your face

Five minutes with your phone. No special equipment.

  3. 03

    Mask gets printed

From your scan, on my printer. Ships when it's ready.

What's different

Four things I changed.

01

Printed for your face

Not a sized SKU. A scan of your face becomes the model, and the model becomes the mask.

02

Soft TPU

Flexes like a thick gum eraser. No foam to crush flat. No stitching to come apart at the nose.

03

Real iteration, in the open

I publish prints, failures, and what I learned. The build is public.

04

Veteran-built

Discount baked in for service members and veterans. No code needed. Verify and it's applied.

The build

How it's made.

Bambu H2C. TPU 95A. Breakaway supports. Two hours a print. I log every batch (settings, failures, what I changed) and post the ones I learned from. Timelapse coming when I get the camera rig set up right.

Mk1, 3 mm shell, TPU 95A, 233 layers. 14 May 2026.

Who it's for

Two kinds of sleepers.

Operators

Special operations, intel, anyone whose sleep window is short, irregular, and non-negotiable. The first batch is going out to guys who already know why sleep is a weapons system.

Everyone else who's tried four masks

Shift workers, parents of small humans, anyone who's tried four masks and given up. If you have a beard that messes with mouth tape, I'm thinking about that too. Laser-cut beard tape is in the pipeline.

FAQ

Straight answers.

When does the first batch ship?

I'm not committing a date yet because I won't ship something I wouldn't sleep in. Waitlist members get the ETA the moment the production pipeline is locked. Expect "weeks, not months" once it is.

How does the face scan work?

Phone scan. Open an app, slowly rotate your phone around your face, upload the mesh. The waitlist email walks you through the steps when your slot opens. No professional scanner needed.

How much does it cost?

Final pricing isn't set. Waitlist members get the lowest tier the production cost allows. I don't know the number yet and I'm not going to make one up.

What if it doesn't fit?

The first iteration ships with a fit window. If it doesn't sit right, I re-print on me, not on you. Details land with the order confirmation when slots open.

What's the material?

TPU 95A. Soft, flexible, durable, single-piece. No glues, no foam inserts, no fabric layers to soak up sweat.

Is my face scan private?

Yes. The scan is used to build your mask and stored encrypted for re-prints. It's never sold, never shared, never used for anything else. You can ask for deletion any time.

Why "Sleep Psycho"?

People who care this much about sleep already get called weird about it. Owning the name is faster than explaining it.
